In 2020 there were rumours spiralling on and off, suggesting that Lee Min-Ho and Kim Go-Eun were dating. This rumour began as both actors had main roles in drama series The King: Eternal Monarch, fans noticed just how close the two are in real-life believing that they’re more than just friends. Despite a lot of evidence being presented by fans, this rumour remains to be just that, for now.

Kim Go-Eun and 33-year-old South Korean actor Park Jung-Min, are known to be just friends. However, like many other friendships in the industry, fans believe that there has to be something more due to their adorable chemistry with each other. The dating rumour regarding Go-Eun and Jung-Min began after an interview Go-Eun attended in 2018, however, whether or not there is some truth to this rumour, it is still unknown to this day.
During an interview, Go-Eun talked about how one of her biggest drama series roles was influenced by Jung-Min. Later on, the interviewer mentioned how throughout her short time as an actress, Go-Eun had already worked alongside many actors known for their extreme good-looks and talent. After being presented with the names of many of those actors, as well as Jung-Min, Go-Eun ended up choosing Jung-Min. Which led to fans believing that it was because there was something more between them.
Shin Ha-Kyun
The relationship between 46-year-old South Korean actor Shin Ha-Kyun and Kim Go-Eun, is currently the only confirmed dating rumour surrounding Go-Eun. In 2016, the agency in which both actors were under confirmed that the two were in fact in a serious relationship after getting closer to one another at work and even attending a scuba diving club together.
Unfortunately, an announcement only eight months after in early 2017 was made, sharing that the two were no longer together. Although their agency claimed that their break-up was purely due to demanding schedules, fans speculated that it was due to something completely different. During the time of their break-up, Go-Eun got a part in an upcoming drama series and began to grow close to her co-worker. Fans believe Go-Eun may have had an affair with her co-worker or perhaps there was jealousy from Ha-Kyun’s part.
Gong Yoo
As we talked about a possible love affair being the cause for the break-up between Kim Go-Eun and Lee Min-Ho, this was due to the actress’ close friendship with 41-year-old South Korean actor Gong Yoo. After working together for drama series Goblin, the actress would sometimes share some exclusive behind the scenes pictures on her personal Instagram account. One of these pictures being a wedding photo with both Go-Eun and Yoo, as the bride and groom.
Soon after the break-up between Min-Ho and Go-Eun, as well as the love affair rumour, these photos were deleted. Everyone involved publicly announced that this horrible rumour was in fact, just that.
Jung Hae-In
In 2019, an upcoming romance movie was announced with lead roles being played by 32-year-old South Korean actor Jung-Hae-In and Kim Go-Eun. During an interview, Hae-In was asked about what it was like working for the movie and alongside Go-Eun. His answers made fans melt, as they were very sweet and many believe romantic.
Hae-In shared while he works, one of the most important and basic qualities about him is to be considerate of his co-stars whether they’re male or female, younger or older. As this is a good way to create good and natural chemistry. The actor shared with the interviewer that there was very good chemistry between himself and Go-Eun and they can speak just by looking into each other’s eyes. He continued by saying that he was dating the actress as he wanted to put all of his focus and attention on her, this however, appeared to be misinterpreted as the two are just close friends.
Park Hae-Jin
37-year-old South Korean actor Park Hae-Jin and Kim Go-Eun acted as a couple in drama series: Cheese in the Trap, and not only were they super adorable in the show but as well in real life. In fact, people loved to see them together so much that even the director of the show Lee Yoon-Jung shared that he hopes the two end up dating for real and even get married in the future.
However, as time passed by it was discovered that the two created a make-believe relationship in order to promote the series. Despite their relationship outside work being fake, their chemistry was all real and super adorable!
Park Bo-Gum
Kim Go-Eun and Park Bo-Gum were both part of Crime/Drama movie: Coin Locker Girl. Although the two are just friends, fans just can’t help but melt over their adorable friendship with each other! In 2017 Bo-Gum decided to wrap himself up to surprise his Go-Eun at a fan-meet she was attending for Goblin, since then fans couldn’t help but ship the two together.

She then added that this character is the type of person to be very affectionate to anyone and although he may seem cold on the outside, he is very warm on the inside and she therefore feels very comfortable and friendly towards the character.
